Ivanka Trump Ordered to Testify in $250 Million Fraud Case

A judge has ordered Ivanka Trump to testify in a $250 million civil trial against her father, Donald Trump, and his company. The judge granted her until November 1 to appeal the ruling. Trump's attorneys had challenged the subpoena, arguing that she should be dropped as a defendant due to statute of limitations issues. However, the New York Attorney General's office argued that Ivanka Trump still has relevant information and remains financially and professionally connected to the Trump Organization. Her siblings, Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, as well as their father, are also expected to testify in the case. The AG is suing Donald Trump for allegedly inflating his assets in financial statements.
