Paramedics and Employees of Mexican Resort Face Health Issues and Financial Burdens.

Paramedics who responded to the deaths of an American couple in a Mexico hotel room have fallen ill themselves and are now facing large medical bills. Fernando Valencia Sotelo and Grisel Valencia Sotelo were trying to revive the couple when they became sick and were taken to a private hospital. The siblings are still receiving medical care and are concerned about the long-term health effects they may suffer. A fundraiser has been set up to cover their medical bills and lost wages, as well as to support the underfunded volunteer organization they work for.
