Guillermo Apologizes for Rescue Dogs' Shelter Fate.

Guillermo Rodriguez, the sidekick of Jimmy Kimmel on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live', has apologized to a dog rescue agency after two chihuahuas he adopted ended up at a shelter. The rescue agency, Mutt Scouts, said that the dogs were surrendered to them by an unnamed woman, and they were microchipped and registered to the organization prior to Guillermo adopting them. Guillermo blamed a misunderstanding within his family, and the dogs are now with Mutt Scouts, which is hoping to find a new home for them.
