Investigation Launched into College Presidents' Testimony on Antisemitism and Genocide

The House Education and the Workforce Committee will launch an investigation into Harvard University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and the University of Pennsylvania over their response to student protests calling for "Jewish genocide." The committee's decision comes after college leaders failed to sufficiently condemn the protests. The investigation will examine the schools' learning environments, policies, and disciplinary procedures, with the committee prepared to use subpoenas if necessary. Other universities may also face investigations. Harvard and MIT have stated that they will cooperate with the committee's inquiry.
