"Undercover Chinese-run virus lab uncovered in California warehouse sparks investigation"

A nondescript warehouse in Reedley, California was discovered to be an illegal Chinese-run virus laboratory, housing biohazards including coronavirus, HIV, and malaria. The lab, operated by a company called Prestige Biotech, was unlicensed and filled with improperly labeled chemicals, vials of pathogens, and about 1,000 dead and dying lab mice. The investigation resulted in the proper disposal of dangerous substances, but the origins of the lab are still under investigation.
