UNC Grad Student Charged with Murder in Campus Shooting

Tailei Qi, a graduate student at the University of North Carolina—Chapel Hill, has been charged with first-degree murder and possession of a weapon on educational property in the shooting death of Zijie Yan, an associate professor.
