Husband of Bronx day care owner arrested in Mexico in connection to child's fentanyl death

The husband of the owner of a Bronx day care where a 1-year-old boy died from fentanyl exposure has been arrested in Mexico after a manhunt. Felix Herrera Garcia was apprehended on a bus in Sinaloa and is facing two arrest warrants in the United States for drug conspiracy and homicide of a child. Surveillance images allegedly show Garcia running out of the day care with heavy shopping bags as the children were suffering from fentanyl exposure. The day care owner, her cousin, and another individual have already been arrested and face federal charges related to narcotics possession and distribution resulting in death.
