Danilo Cavalcante, the convicted murderer who escaped from a Pennsylvania prison, was planning to flee to Canada before he was captured. According to a US marshal, Cavalcante intended to carjack someone and head north within 24 hours. He was caught in the woods of South Coventry Township after a nearly two-week manhunt.
