Day care owner's husband arrested in child's fentanyl death

The husband of a New York City day care owner, Felix Herrera-Garcia, has been arrested in Mexico while attempting to flee to Culiacan, a hub for the Sinaloa drug cartel. Herrera-Garcia is a suspect in the fentanyl-related death of a baby at the day care, where authorities have uncovered a drug ring operating out of the facility. Three other individuals, including Herrera-Garcia's wife, have already been arrested in connection with the case. The extradition process will now begin.
