Amazon Prime Adds Free Grubhub+ Delivery for US Members

Amazon Prime members in the US now get a free one-year Grubhub subscription, including free delivery on orders over $12, as part of a new deal making Grubhub a permanent Prime benefit. Non-Prime users can also order Grubhub through Amazon's platforms. This move is part of Amazon's strategy to enhance its $139-a-year loyalty program amidst competition from Walmart and Target. Amazon has also secured a 4% stake in Grubhub, with options to increase it based on performance.
