"Introducing the 2025 Ford Mustang GTD: A $300,000 800-HP Supercar"

Ford has released photos of the 2025 Mustang GTD, a roadgoing version of the Mustang GT3 race car. Powered by a supercharged 5.2-liter V-8 engine producing around 800 horsepower, the GTD features an eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and a modified rear end to accommodate the transaxle. With a nearly 50/50 front-rear weight balance, the GTD boasts a massive wheel and tire package and utilizes Multimatic's adaptive spool-valve dampers. Only 1000 to 2000 units will be built, with an estimated price of $300,000.
