Running on Geekbench 5 instead of the updated Geekbench 6, the Pixel 8a achieved a single-core score of 1,218 and a multi-core score of 3,175. The Tensor G3 is reported to be a generation behind competitors like the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, and with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 on the horizon, the performance gap is expected to widen.
