Ritch's Humor: Not as Beloved as He Thought.

Ritch Addison developed a sarcastic sense of humor to cover up his shyness and fears in high school, but his friend Holly pulled him aside and told him that he was hurting people's feelings. Addison realized that he needed to change and worked on being more compassionate towards others. He became a clinical psychologist and now helps others find more generous interpretations about themselves and others. Addison owes much of his change of attitude to Holly, who cared enough to say something that changed the direction of his life in a significant and gratifying way.
