Twitch streamer and psychology researcher Perrikaryal, known as Perri online, has been using her electroencephalogram (EEG) device to play video games using only her mind. After beating Elden Ring earlier this year, she has now progressed to gunning down opponents in Halo multiplayer without touching a controller. Perri's goal is to create a hands-free controller that is accessible and easier to use than a regular controller, allowing anyone to have a comparable gaming experience. She is also experimenting with integrating biosignals and EEG into VR for a more immersive gaming experience.
