"Xbox enables instant access to new support hero in Overwatch 2"

Xbox is allowing Overwatch 2 players to unlock the new support hero right away through the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Perks. The Overwatch 2 New Heroes Starter Pack, which includes the new hero and other cosmetics, will be available on August 10. Existing players with Game Pass Ultimate can access the pack without purchasing a Battle Pass, while those interested in the Invasion PvE content will receive enough Overwatch coins to buy a Battle Pass and gain access to the new hero. More details about the hero and Invasion will be revealed before the August 10 launch.
