Tim Schafer denies Double Fine's involvement in Psychonauts 3 development

Double Fine boss Tim Schafer has confirmed that he is not currently working on Psychonauts 3, despite teasing from Xbox's Twitter accounts. Schafer hinted that the studio may have some upcoming announcements, but clarified that they are not currently working on big games. He mentioned that the difficulties faced during the production of Psychonauts 2 were not due to the scale of the game, and expressed that the studio will make big games again in the future. Schafer also mentioned an unannounced project called Kiln, which was previously trademarked by Microsoft.
