Despite previous nerfs, Luke has received buffs that may enhance his tournament viability. Ed and Cammy, despite harsh nerfs, are still considered strong, placed in the A+ tier alongside Kimberly, Zangief, JP, A.K.I., and Chun-Li. Characters like Lily, Marisa, Dhalsim, E. Honda, and Jamie remain at the bottom, continuing to struggle in the current meta. Pochoclo23 warns that Kimberly could be a significant challenge this season.
