Square Enix Staff Push for Final Fantasy VI Remake

Some staff at Square Enix want a Final Fantasy VI remake, according to Yoshinori Kitase, the vice president and Final Fantasy VII Remake producer. However, Kitase said it would be "difficult" to do. The SNES classic is beloved by those working at Square Enix as well as fans across the world. The Pixel Remaster is already available on modern consoles, but a remake could be possible in the future.
