Sony Sparks Rumors of New PlayStation Handheld for Remote Play

Sony may be working on a new handheld gaming device codenamed the Q-Lite, which resembles a PS5 controller with an 8-inch LCD touchscreen in the middle and adaptive triggers for haptic feedback. The device will support adaptive streaming up to 1080p and 60 FPS, requiring constant internet access for Remote Play from an existing PS5. The Q-Lite may be released before the PS5 Pro, which is aiming for a holiday 2024 release. The price and release date are yet to be announced.
