PSVR2 Authentication Cracked for PC by iVRy Team

The authentication tools for Sony's PSVR2 headset have been cracked, allowing it to work on desktop computers. iVRy, a Steam application, revealed the breakthrough on Twitter, but did not disclose how they achieved it. While a compatibility driver for the PSVR2 could be released, it would be time-consuming and require expensive hardware. It remains to be seen whether official support or support from hardware enthusiasts will come first. The PSVR2 headset is currently only available for use on PlayStation 5 consoles.
