Magic: The Gathering (MTG) players are puzzled by the introduction of a new creature type, Time Lord, in the Doctor Who Commander decks. This marks the first-ever two-word creature type in MTG, deviating from the usual single-word types. The decision to not hyphenate the creature type was made to stay true to the source material, as Time Lord is never hyphenated in Doctor Who.
