Mortal Kombat 1 Kombat Pack: New DLC Characters and Release Schedule Revealed

NetherRealm Studios revealed new information about Mortal Kombat 1's first Kombat Pack, including the removal of Johnny Cage and the addition of Janet Cage. The release windows for the DLC fighters were also announced, with Tremor coming in November 2023, followed by Quan Chi and Peacemaker in Winter 2023/2024, Ermac and Homelander in Spring 2024, and Takeda Takahashi in Summer 2024. It is unclear why the change was made, but Janet Cage appears to be a gender-swapped version of Johnny and is introduced in the game's story mode. The release dates for the other Kameo fighters have yet to be announced.
