Leaked Gameplay Reveals Cancelled Call of Duty Sci-Fi Game from Neversoft

Leaked footage from a cancelled futuristic Call of Duty sci-fi game developed by Neversoft, the studio behind Tony Hawk's games, has surfaced online. The game, known as Future Warfare or "NX1" internally, was intended to launch in place of Ghosts and featured campaign missions and multiplayer gameplay before being cancelled. The footage, shared by a YouTube account, showcases a moonbase assault mission and multiplayer gameplay. Activision declined to comment on the leaked footage, and the news comes amid layoffs at Call of Duty studio Sledgehammer Games following Microsoft's acquisition of Activision Blizzard.
