"Final Fantasy XVI Team Urges Fans to Avoid Spoilers Amid Early Release"

The development team of Final Fantasy XVI has requested people who have acquired early copies of the game not to share any aspect of it, including screenshots, videos, and livestreams, until after the official launch on June 22nd. Square Enix is investigating the early sales and shipments of the game and has threatened to take down any leaked content violating their request. This is the second recent game to experience this sort of leak, following The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
