"Exploring the Endgame and Difficulty of Final Fantasy 16"

Final Fantasy XVI's endgame content includes a New Game+ mode with Final Fantasy Mode and Ultimaniac Mode, a more difficult Arcade Mode, and Chronolith Trials, the most challenging trials in the game. These trials are time trials based on Eikons and contain global leaderboards. The endgame also allows players to upgrade weapons and accessories beyond the initial playthrough. The combat in the endgame is fast-paced and challenging, designed by the combat director of Devil May Cry V.
