The issue appears to have occurred during a cutscene in the chapel, with some users reporting that their monitors turned off and their cards were dead after restarting their PCs. While some impacted players have submitted tickets to Blizzard, the company's Terms of Service state that it isn't liable for any damage caused during beta testing. The open beta for Diablo 4 begins on March 24.
