Dataminers allege that Yakuza Kiwami 3 changes the ending of Yakuza 3, retroactively altering events that lead into Yakuza 4 and tying in the bundled Dark Ties spin-off; the collection is set for February 12, 2026 across PC, PS5, Xbox Series, Switch 2 and last-gen consoles, despite prior studio statements that there wouldn’t be major story changes.
