"Cult of the Lamb" receives major free DLC update with revamped combat and new relics.

Cult Of The Lamb's first free update, Relics Of The Old Faith, will release on April 24th, focusing on improving the game's combat with the addition of usable items called Relics, revamped bosses and enemies, and new modes. The update also includes new buildings to help manage followers, a photo mode, and added accessibility options. A second update focusing on cult management is planned for later this year.
