Creative Assembly expands with new studios and unannounced project.

Creative Assembly has opened its third studio, Creative Assembly North, in Newcastle, UK, which is currently working on an unannounced project in its prototype phase. The studio is being led by industry veteran Giselle Stewart and is expected to add another 100 developers in the coming years. Creative Assembly North is taking a progressive, iterative approach to development and moving quickly on technical solutions and creative potential. The next title coming from Creative Assembly is Hyenas, a sci-fi first-person-shooter that features Zero-G combat and is planned to launch on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One later this year.
