Bandai Namco reveals reasons behind lack of English voice acting in Baten Kaitos I & II HD Remaster

Bandai Namco's producer, Koji Nakajima, explained in an interview that the lack of English voice acting in the Baten Kaitos I & II HD Remasters for Nintendo Switch was due to difficulties in adjusting character expressions to match the current era. The decision was made to avoid discrepancies caused by the technical challenges of implementing English voiceovers. The remastered version of the games will be released on September 14, 2023.
