Backlash Leads to Removal of Controversial Baldur's Gate 3 Mod Censoring LGBTQ+ Content

Nexus Mods has removed a Baldur's Gate 3 mod, part of the "No Alphabets" modpack, which aimed to eliminate LGBTQ+ content from the game. The mod, called "Ser Aylin," transformed a female character into a male to change her romantic relationship from homosexual to heterosexual. The modpack also altered a trans character's backstory and voice, causing controversy. Nexus Mods stated that they are for inclusivity and diversity and will take action against mods that go against these principles.
