Grounded, a survival game, arrives on Nintendo Switch, PS4, and PS5 on April 16, while Sand Land, a colorful RPG based on a Japanese manga series, launches on PC, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S on April 26. Stellar Blade, a narrative-driven action-adventure game, is set to be a PS5 exclusive also releasing on April 26, alongside the return of the TopSpin franchise with TopSpin 2K25 on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. Additionally, Sea of Thieves, a popular pirate simulator, will make its debut on the PS5 platform this month with full crossplay enabled across all three systems.
