Uncovering the Legacy of The Legend of Zelda Series.

The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons were two unique games released by Capcom in 2001 for the Game Boy Color. The games were part of a planned trilogy called the Triforce Trilogy, but only two were released due to the ambitious nature of the project. The games featured different game mechanics, with Oracle of Seasons being action-focused and Oracle of Ages being puzzle-heavy. The games could be linked up for a grander adventure after completion and were critical and commercial successes. The director of the Oracle games, Hidemaro Fujibayashi, is now the creative mind behind some of the series' modern highlights, including Zelda: Breath Of The Wild and its follow-up The Legend of Zelda: Tears Of The Kingdom.
