"Return of the King character gets a bold makeover in new LOTR game"

The upcoming video game, The Lord of the Rings: Gollum, features a new look for The Mouth of Sauron, a character from The Return of the King. While Tolkien's original text offers little description of the character, both Peter Jackson's film and the 1980 animated film depict The Mouth as a tall, thin figure in a black helmet. The game's depiction, however, features beady eyes and a hideous shoulder-piece made almost entirely of teeth, giving the character a more disturbing appearance. The game will be released on May 25.
