Massage therapist convicted of sexual assault in Fort Myers.

A male massage therapist, Jeffrey Scott Kaplan, was found guilty of sexual battery after inappropriately touching a client during a session in Fort Myers. The victim demanded Kaplan stop and fled, leading to his arrest and a subsequent guilty verdict confirmed by a jury after a two-day trial in Lee County. Kaplan is set to be sentenced on June 5, 2023.
