Google Workspace Announces Price Hike and Annual Plans

Google Workspace has launched an annual billing option, with a 20% price increase for monthly users. The new pricing plan is already live for new users, while existing users will see the increase in April. The new annual plan allows businesses to commit to a year of Workspace at the old rate. The three most common business editions, Business Starter, Standard, and Plus, are all going up in price. The move is aimed at helping Google Cloud, which is still in the red, become profitable.
