Toyota Unveils Humanitarian-Focused "New" Land Cruiser

Toyota Gibraltar Stockholdings has launched the GDJ76, a new Land Cruiser model specifically designed for humanitarian aid organizations. The GDJ76 features the same updated design as the civilian versions but lacks certain creature comforts. It is equipped with Toyota Active Traction Control and a 2.8-liter four-cylinder diesel engine, offering improved fuel economy, power, and reduced emissions. The GDJ76 will be produced alongside the HZJ76 model, and deliveries to aid organizations will begin in March, with the United Nations being one of the first customers.
