ABT Unleashes Road-Ready Audi R8 GT2 Beast

ABT Sportsline has transformed the Audi R8 into the ABT XGT, a street-legal track monster heavily based on the Audi R8 LMS GT2 racecar. With a limited production of 99 units and a price tag of €600k ($650k), the ABT XGT features a wider body, oversized aero components, and street-legal Pirelli P Zero Trofeo R tires. The interior retains racing elements while adding features for daily driving. Powered by a 5.2-liter V10 engine producing 630 hp, the ABT XGT is lighter than any other roadgoing R8. ABT conducted extensive road tests and enlisted DTM drivers for development. Orders are being accepted with a starting price of €598,000 ($651,562).
