The Washington Wizards have officially announced the trade of Bradley Beal, Jordan Goodwin, and Isaiah Todd for Chris Paul, Landry Shamet, and multiple picks. Monumental Basketball President Michael Winger expressed admiration for Beal as an All-NBA player and a difference-maker in his communities, while Wizards General Manager Will Dawkins praised Shamet's abilities on the court and in the locker room. The Wizards also agreed to trade Paul to the Golden State Warriors in exchange for Jordan Poole on Draft Day.
