Former San Francisco 49ers fullback Bruce Miller was reported to Capitol Police after allegedly threatening California congressman Eric Swalwell on Twitter. Miller confirmed the message was from him, but insisted he was just "trolling." Swalwell reported the threat, calling it unacceptable.
