Jackson Mahomes' bond modification approved, allowed contact with witnesses in sexual battery case.

Jackson Mahomes, brother of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, had his bond modification approved to allow him to speak with three of the four witnesses in his sexual battery case. The judge warned the witnesses not to discuss the case with Mahomes. Mahomes is charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of battery stemming from an incident at a restaurant in February. He has a preliminary hearing scheduled for August 31. Mahomes' lawyer has denied the allegations and provided evidence refuting the claims.
