Sour Bikes, a German bicycle company, has launched the Space Cake, an all-road bike designed for both paved and gravel roads. After four years of development, the Space Cake is touted as Sour's most road-oriented bike, featuring a lightweight and durable frame with custom powder coating options. It is equipped with Shimano Ultegra Di2 components and offers a versatile build for off-season mountain bikers. The frameset is priced at 1,299 €, while the complete bike retails for 5,999 €.
