French company Latitude has raised $30 million in a Series B round, bringing the total amount raised to $55 million, to develop its small launch vehicle, Zephyr. The funding will support the production and testing of the rocket, with plans for its first flight in 2025 and a doubled payload capacity in 2028. The company aims to become a market leader by the end of the decade and is also focused on expanding its workforce and enhancing its industrial capabilities.
