Horse Rescued After Being Found Bound with Barbed Wire in River

In Cardiff, a horse named Skye was found dead and two ponies injured after being led from their field and tied with barbed wire in a drainage channel. The owner, Julie Jackson, discovered the animals missing and later found them in a neighboring field. Skye, who had been with Julie for 30 years, did not survive, while the ponies are recovering.
