Cocaine-Fueled Snow Plow Crash on First Day on the Job in Fairfield

On his first day plowing for a Connecticut company, 46-year-old Mark Keene allegedly used three bumps of cocaine before his snow-plow crashed into a porch, crossed a yard, and rammed a garage in Fairfield. Police found him with slurred speech and foam at the mouth; Narcan was administered, and toxicology later showed cocaine, benzodiazepines and cannabinoids. Keene turned himself in Jan. 8 on charges of reckless driving and operating under the influence, with a Feb. 25 court date.
