Second Victim Dies in Dallas ICE Shooting, Advocacy Groups Confirm

A shooting at a Dallas ICE facility resulted in the deaths of two detainees, including Miguel Ángel García-Hernández, and left another critically wounded. The gunman, who targeted law enforcement but killed detainees, committed suicide after the attack. García-Hernández, a Mexican immigrant and father of four, was remembered as a kind man who had lived in the U.S. for two decades and was in the process of seeking legal residency.
