American tourist injured in fatal German castle attack released from hospital

An American woman who was injured in a fatal attack on her and her friend near Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany has been released from the hospital. The two women were allegedly assaulted by another American tourist who led them down a trail and attacked them. The 21-year-old victim died of her injuries, while the 22-year-old suffered minor injuries. The suspect has been arrested, and all three individuals involved are American.
