Cruise ship aids Cuban migrants, reports to Coast Guard.

A witness aboard the Carnival Celebration reported that the cruise ship stopped to help a group of eight Cuban migrants on a small raft at sea, who welcomed food and water but did not want to be rescued. The captain alerted the U.S. Coast Guard Key West about the encounter, according to the witness. The incident occurred after the ship departed from a port in Honduras and was west of Cuba.
