Woman Injured in Bison Attack at Yellowstone National Park

A woman visiting Yellowstone National Park was gored by a bison, suffering significant injuries to her chest and abdomen. The incident occurred when the woman and her companion encountered two bison, and one of them charged. The woman was airlifted to a hospital, and her condition remains unknown. Park officials advise visitors to maintain a distance of at least 25 yards from bison, especially during mating season. This is the first reported bison goring incident at the park this year.
