Black bears cause chaos in Washington D.C. and Newtown Township.

A young black bear was found wandering in a Washington D.C. neighborhood, prompting a response from local authorities and sparking a frenzy on social media. The bear was eventually captured and will receive a medical check before being released back into the wild in Maryland.
